is an Olympian, Bestselling Author, and Life Transition Coach.
She is originally from Russia, where she started her sport career at the age of three years old. During 24 years of training and competing, Elena participated in many Europe Cup and World Cup Competitions, and in the Olympic Games 2014 (freestyle, mogul). After retiring from professional sport in 2014, she moved to Canada and started a new chapter in her life.
Elena is passionate about helping people through her work as a Life Transition Coach and Wellness Specialist. She also studies psychology and existential analysis.
She is bald because of alopecia (the disease that makes her hair to fall out). In 2016 Elena decided stop hiding her baldness and shaved the little hair she still had.
Living on Vancouver Island, BC, with her husband Ivan, Elena enjoys playing guitar, being at the nature, doing cross-stitching, learning psychology, travelling, writing and meeting with people.
